Unity of Christians in India

(Part of the Introduction for the Coming Unity series of prayers for regions And nations around the world.)

"As you have sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the
world. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, so that they also may be
sanctified in truth. "I ask not only on behalf of these, but also on behalf
of those who will believe in me through their word, that they may all be
one. As you, Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us, so
that the world may believe that you have sent me." (John 17:18-21 NRSV)


Father we come before you through the Blood of Christ. We pray for
revivals to flood the church and to flood every believer in Christ and the
world. Anoint us with the Holy Spirit and impart spiritual power upon us to
pray and witness. Lead and guide us to pray prayers for unity in Church,
prayers for the Church around the world, in every nation and in every city,
and praying for unity among the church in India.

We pray for every believer in Christ in every nation around the
world to experience revivals of unity, revivals of signs and wonders,
revivals of blessings and the revival life. We pray fulfill the longings of
the human heart according to the Holy Scriptures, nature of Christ and the
supernatural of the Holy Spirit.

We pray for a strong sense of unity to come in the hearts of all
believers in every nation and in every city. Father release the vision of
unity to every member of the church in all nations and in all cities.

We call forth by the grace of the Lord unto the Church; unity to
come forth in our churches, our groups, our ministries, and in each one of
us we pray for unity to come. We pray for coming unity, the unity of the
Spirit, the Unity of the Faith and the Unity of the Godhead.

Your love goes on forever, open the eyes of our hearts, we want to
know you more, more, and more, your love is infinite, we cry out for your
mercy, awaken your church, open our eyes to see the fields of white, burn
away sin and uncleanness, give us freedom through your holy fire, give us a
burning desire to love you more, we choose the fear of the Lord, fill us
with a river of worship to worship you more and more, we ask for an
impartation of grace and anointing, release your winds of fire upon your
church and upon our lives, search us our God, we surrender to you and your
ways, you deserve all the glory, we stand in awe of you, and give us grace
to lean upon you, for you are our beloved.

Father we pray for the believers in India, we pray for blessings,
showers of blessings, showers of blessings, showers of grace and mercy,
showers of anointings, showers of hope, and waves of unity.

We call forth unity to arise in the hearts of every believer in
India, we pray for each one of them to love one another with Christ's love
in them through the Holy Spirit. We pray plant seeds of unity, and give them
a burning fire for unity among all believers in Christ.

We pray unite the church in India *among* churches within a city,
from city to city, from state to state and from village to village. Unite
the church in India among many groups, among many churches, among many
ministries and among all believers in Christ.

We pray raise up city church unity in every city in India; we pray
raise up the unity of the national church in India. We pray bring unity to
the believers and churches in the villages.

We pray let the world and India witness of God's love flowing in the
hearts of all believers in Christ, let them see the oneness of Christ, and
the unity of all believers in Christ.

We call forth the coming unity to arise in the church in India and
all believers in India. We pray for revivals of unity and waves of unity to
come to the church in India.

We pray for all believers in Christ to have freedom and rights in
India to worship and be a part of their government. We pray end the
sufferings that come against the church in India for their faith.

We pray raise up the church of India in grace, power, and
authority, wisdom, revival, unity, blessing, overcoming and victorious
living in Christ.

We pray for the government and nation of India; we pray for massive
social transformations from city to city, village to village, and from state
to state. We pray for massive revivals to come upon all and we pray for
massive harvests of souls to be won to Christ.

We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen
