Torch of unity

"I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already
kindled?" (Lu 12:49 AV)


Father we come boldly and humbly to the Throne Room, by faith we receive the
presence and love of the Father, and by faith we believe Christ is at the
right hand of the Father, making intercession for the church and the world;
anoint us to pray and lead us by the Holy Spirit in praying prayers for
unity of the church, and the eternal purpose of our Lord, which is the Bride
of Christ, the church around the world.

Father we pray for times of revivals, times of refreshing, times of
restoration, times of healing, and we pray for outpourings of the Holy
Spirit upon us all in all nations and in all cities in Christ.

Father we pray for reconciliation to come to every believer in Christ
in every city and in every nation, we pray for reconciliation between one
another in Christ; we pray for reconciliation, the unity of the Spirit, we
pray for unity in the church and among all believers in every city and in
every nation; we pray for unity, the unity of the faith, we pray for oneness
with the Trinity and oneness with one another in every city and in every
nation; we pray for oneness, the unity of the Godhead.

"That they all may be one; as thou, Father, [art] in me, and I in thee, that
they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent
me." (Joh 17:21 AV)


Father we pray for reconciliation, unity and oneness to come to the
church in every city, to come to the church in every region, to come to the
church in every nation, and to come to the church globally, and come to each
believer in Christ.

Father we pray for the touch of unity to touch every believer in
Christ, to touch every believer in every city, to touch every believer in
every nation, and to touch all the believers in Christ.

Father we pray for the torch of unity to pass to this generation of
hope. We pray for the torch of unity to grow brighter in our generation
than generations before, we pray that you will give us the torch of unity
and let us all gather around Jesus Christ our Lord.

Father we pray give us grace to hold and carry the torch of unity,
for the torch of unity can never go out, only pass from one generation to
the next, however let us never carry the torch of unity with wrong ideals
and wrong mindsets, only with pure love and for the glory of God.

Father as we carry the torch of unity, let the fire of love on the
torch touch every heart in the church around the world, and we are praying
for this to happen in our generation, we are believing by faith that the
face of the church will change in one generation, and that all hearts in
Christ will have the fires of love from the torch of unity.

Father you have placed the fire of love on the torch of unity, not
man, not any one group or one church, or one company, only you have placed
the fire of love there, and this fire of love will never go out, it will
grow and grow and fill every heart in Christ, and win great numbers to
Christ all over the world.

"I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not
abide in darkness." (Joh 12:46 AV)


Father the torch of unity is the manifestation of unity, which is love,
for God is love, nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ
Jesus our Lord, and nothing can separate us from unity with God, and
therefore nothing can separate us from unity with one another.

"He that loveth his brother abideth in the light, and there is none occasion
of stumbling in him." (1Jo 2:10 AV)

"And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his
brother also." (1Jo 4:21 AV)


Father we pray turn all divisions in the church into a blessing, a
reconciliation in the church, replace all divisions with reconciliation in
the church, and turn all divisions into unity in Christ, and turn all
divisions into vision.

Father we pray for the unity of the church.

We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
