Height of the Church

Foundational Scriptures: Ephesians 3:14-21
"For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth takes its name. I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love. I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen." (Eph 3:14-21 NRSV)

Father we come to the Throne Room by the blood of Jesus Christ. We humble ourselves before you and our Lord; we confess our weakness, which is prayer. We don't know what to pray for, or how to pray...yes, we may have heard a lot of good teaching, and have prayed a lot of good prayers, but still we need the Holy Spirit to aid us in prayer.

We come before our Lord Jesus Christ who is faithful and just to forgive. We confess, repent and ask for forgiveness for the idols in our hearts. We many not see these idols but they are in our thinking always before you. Cleanse us from the idols in our hearts; wash us by your blood and by our faith in you.

We confess, repent, and ask for forgiveness in how we misapplied our faith in you. You give us faith to unite in your name, and instead we used our faith to bring divisions. God you love diversity but hate division. Faith with love is unity, faith with pride is division, faith with humility is vision, and faith with pride is division.

We confess, repent and ask for forgiveness on the behalf of our spiritual fathers. We confess and ask you to forgive us and remove their wrong doings and mistakes with us that may have kept us apart from one another in the Spirit. Heal us throughout our churches and members.

We confess, repent, and ask for forgiveness for grieving, and quenching the Holy Spirit. Forgive us for giving him no room; forgive us for hindering the Holy Spirit in others.

We confess, repent, and ask for forgiveness for attacking, speaking evil of, or rejecting other movements of God and the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ.

We confess, repent and ask for forgiveness in thinking we have the whole council of God, saying we have all, and need of nothing, and do not see that we lack, and we only have a little part. For you give a part to one group and to another, another part. No one group has everything, we need each other, and we need to love one another.

We come before you Lord Jesus Christ, who is the Head of the Church. We ask for healing, restoration, revival, renewal, blessings, cleansing, and washing to be poured upon each Christian group, and the whole body of Christ around the world.

Father we pray for the width of the church, we pray for the length of the church, we pray for the depth of the church, and we pray for the height of the church.

Father we pray for the height of the Church. We pray for unity, oneness, common ground, networking, relationship building, reconciliation, common vision, and vision for the height of the church.

Father we pray for the height of the church, we pray fill the church with glory. We pray for the church to become full of glory, we pray for the church to become a glorious church. We pray for revivals to fall upon every part of the body of Christ, every member, every company, every church, every home church, every group in Christ, every city church, every national church, and the whole global church.

Father we pray for vision, insight and revelation from the Holy Scriptures on the width of the church, the length of the church, the depth of the church, and the height of the church.

Father we pray pour out healing and miracles upon every person in the body of Christ, every person who visit us, and every person who is gathered here to pray for unity. We pray for breakthroughs, blessings, and revivals to come to all.

We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
