Unity of Christians in Australia

(Part of the Introduction for the Coming Unity series of prayers for regions

And nations around the world.)

"As you have sent me into the world, so I have sent them into the world. And
for their sakes I sanctify myself, so that they also may be sanctified in
truth. "I ask not only on behalf of these, but also on behalf of those who
will believe in me through their word, that they may all be one. As you,
Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us, so that the world
may believe that you have sent me." (John 17:18-21 NRSV)


Father we come boldly and humbly before your Throne through the
Blood of Christ. Anoint us and lead us by the Holy Spirit in praying
prayers for the Body of Christ, prayers of unity for the Church around the
world, prayers of unity for the Christians in Australia and praying for
revival in Australia.

Father we pray release the arrows of the Lord; release the sword
of the Lord, and release the arm of the Lord in our lives, in your people in
every nation and city.

Father we ask and receive encouragement in the work of Christian
unity in the church around the world. Encourage us today by the Holy Spirit
and the Word, come upon us and lead us and give us new doors for unity.

Father we ask and receive hope in the work of Christian unity in the
church around the world. Give us hope; give us double hope in the work of
Christian unity. Give us hope, for hope is a tree of life, bring life to us
in the work of Christian unity in the church around the world.

Father we ask and receive comfort in the work of Christian unity in
the church around the world. Comfort us today by the Holy Spirit in the work
of Christian unity. Give us comfort in our walk with you in the work of
Christian unity, and give us comfort in your leading in the work of
Christian unity in the church around the world.

Father we ask and receive encouragement, hope and comfort from you
in the work of Christian unity in the church around the world.

Father we pray for the believers in the nation of Australia; we pray
pour out the oil of revelation, oil of prayer, oil of supernatural acts, oil
of prophetic manifestations, and the oil of unity.

Father we pray anoint every believer in Australia with the oil of
unity. Let their hearts be baptized with unity, love and revival. We pray
let unity arise in the hearts of every believer in Australia. We pray let
all believers in Australia stand together in Christ Jesus their Lord.

We pray for waves of prayer, waves of worship, and waves of
prophetic manifestations to bring all believers together to love one
another, and to come into unity and oneness in Christ.

We pray for massive revivals to fill the church in Australia, we
pray for revivals to fill every believer in Australia. We pray for the
church in Australia to be full of revivals and glory. We pray for the whole
nation to be won to the Lord, and we pray for the whole church in Australia
to come into unity, oneness and revival.

We pray raise up the church in Australia the national church in
unity, we pray let unity arise and let unity overflow, and let unity cover
all believers in Christ in the nation of Australia.

We pray for city church unity to come to every city in the city
church, or church of the city in Australia. We pray let all believers in
every city unite in the name of Jesus.

We call forth a strong sense of unity to arise in hearts of every
believer, every group in Christ, every church, and every ministry in the
nation of Australia.

We pray for the coming unity to arise in the city church in every
city, and the national church, and all believers in Christ.

We pray for the wind of the Holy Spirit come upon the church of
Australia and the nation of Australia and let this nation be won to Christ
in a short time, and let the church of Australia be in full revival and come
into unity and vision.

We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
